Chef Amanda Barnes offers a creative seasonal menu working with responsibly sourced ingredients from local farms. Our menu provides a twist on the hotel dining experience with dishes like salmon skin chicharrones, little gem salads, duck fat tater tots, smoked pappardelle, and wagyu and beef heart meatballs. Chef Amanda Barnes proudly makes ingredients like cheese, butter, yogurt, pickles, and even mortadella in-house from scratch.
