Restaurant Hours

  • Everyday Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Monday to Thursday: 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Chromium Menus

Chef Amanda Barnes offers a creative seasonal menu working with responsibly sourced ingredients from local farms like the Slagel Family Farms, Werp, and Maple Creek. Her menu is a thoughtful twist on the hotel dining experience with dishes like salmon skin chicharrones, little gem salads, duck fat tater tots, smoked pappardelle, and wagyu and beef heart meatballs. Chef Amanda Barnes proudly makes ingredients like cheese, butter, yogurt, pickles, and even mortadella in-house from scratch.

Chromium also offers seasonal hand-crafted soft-serve ice cream and creative paletas - because after all, you've earned it.
